We are a family-owned and operated ranching operation. We work hard to raise a quality product from start to finish. That begins with superior genetics in our animals for things like ribeye size and marbling, as well as birth weight and size. Our cattle are grain finished for an extended time to enhance the depth of flavor. You will taste the difference! Our beef is all dry aged for 21-28 days (more than the industry standard) for tenderness and flavor you won’t find in many other places. We strive to provide the finest beef and we want you to know the story behind it, too. We take extra steps to provide the highest level of care and share our story along the way so that our customers can connect to us, as their rancher.​

At this time, we only offer individual cuts of beef. If you are interested in purchasing an eighth, quarter, or half beef, please let us know. It could be a possibility in the future!

We package and ship orders once a week on Monday! All orders placed by midnight on Sunday will ship on Monday and arrive by the end of day Wednesday! Spring Creek Texas Beef is shipped frozen, in special insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure you products arrive in perfect condition.

Absolutely! If you are local to Plainview, Texas please contact Spring Creek Texas Beef to schedule a pickup time! We would love to meet you and thank you in person! Please know customer pickup will take a few days to arrange.

The USDA recommends a 12 month limit for storing frozen meat.
